Is your team getting the full value from your ERP?

Organizations invest heavily in ERP systems, but technology alone doesn't guarantee better operations.

You may have an ERP system in place but still experience:

• Employees maintaining separate Excel sheets

• Incorrect or inconsistent data entry

• Users not understanding complete business processes

• Different departments following different procedures

• Manual work that could be handled through the ERP

• Poor adoption of ERP functionality

• Employees knowing which buttons to click without understanding the complete process

• Management struggling to get reliable reports

• New employees requiring repeated ERP training

• Key system knowledge concentrated among only a few employees

These are often people and process challenges rather than software problems.

Our corporate ERP training helps close that gap.

Train your team using your actual business processes

Generic ERP demonstrations can teach users how software works.

Corporate ERP training should teach them how your business operates through the ERP.

We can design training around your:

Departments → Processes → Approval Levels → User Roles → ERP Configuration → Reports → Internal Procedures

Instead of simply teaching employees how to create a Purchase Order, for example, training can cover your complete procurement process:

Purchase Request → Approval → RFQ → Supplier Selection → Purchase Order → Receipt → Vendor Bill → Payment

This helps each team understand both their responsibility and what happens before and after their part of the process.

Training by department

Training can be customized for:

• Finance & Accounting Teams

• Sales & CRM Teams

• Procurement Teams

• Inventory & Warehouse Teams

• Project & Operations Teams

• Management

• ERP Administrators & Key Users

Training can be delivered to individual employees, specific departments, key users, or entire implementation teams.

ERP go-live training

Prepare your team before you go live

Implementing a new ERP system?

We can work with your implementation team to prepare employees for go-live.

Training can include:

Process Training → Role-Based System Training → Practical Exercises → User Testing → Go-Live Preparation → Post-Go-Live Support

The objective is to ensure employees understand what they need to do, when they need to do it, and how their actions affect other departments.

ERP refresher & adoption training

Already have an ERP but struggling with adoption?

You don't necessarily need another ERP system.

Sometimes the better solution is improving how your existing system is being used.

We can assess how teams currently use the ERP, identify knowledge and process gaps, and develop targeted refresher training.

This can be useful after:

• Staff changes

• ERP upgrades

• New module implementation

• Process changes

• Poor system adoption

• Recurring user errors

• Expansion into new branches or departments

Cross-department process training

One of the biggest benefits of ERP is connecting different parts of the organization.

That's why our training can go beyond individual modules.

Your employees can learn complete business cycles such as:

Order-to-cash

Customer → Quotation → Sales Order → Delivery → Invoice → Payment → Accounting

Procure-to-pay

Request → Approval → RFQ → Purchase Order → Receipt → Vendor Bill → Payment

Project-to-profitability

Quotation → Project → Budget → Procurement → Execution → Billing → Costs → Profitability

This helps employees understand how their work affects the rest of the organization.

Training built around your organization

Every organization operates differently.

Before training, we can work with your team to understand:

• Your ERP system

• Departments and user groups

• Existing workflows

• Approval structures

• Business processes

• Common user challenges

• Reporting requirements

• Training objectives

We then develop a training program suited to your teams and operations.

Flexible corporate training

Training can be delivered through:

On-site training — Training delivered at your organization's premises.

Live online training — Instructor-led sessions for distributed or remote teams.

Department-based training — Separate sessions designed around individual departments and responsibilities.

Key-user training — Train selected employees who can become internal ERP champions.

One-to-one training — Focused training for managers, administrators, or specialized users.

Custom training programs — Multi-session programs designed around your organization's requirements.
